Lead Business Analyst - Operations Analytics & AI

As an experienced Lead Business Analyst in Operations Analytics & AI, your role will involve driving insights and strategic value through SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Quality Management analytics. You must have a deep understanding of EWM processes, integration points across manufacturing and supply chain operations, and the ability to bridge business needs with data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirement gathering and analysis sessions with stakeholders across inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and storage operations. - Conduct workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key business metrics and KPIs within the S/4HANA EWM module. - Analyze EWM integration points and assess cross-functional process impacts across manufacturing and supply chain domains. - Work closely with technical and data engineering teams to design and validate EWM dashboards, analytics models, and AI-driven insights aligned with business expectations. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications for advanced analytics and performance monitoring solutions. - Continuously research and stay current on SAP EWM trends, features, and best practices to guide clients and internal stakeholders on optimal process improvements and innovations. - Act as a strategic advisor to operations leadership on leveraging data and AI to optimize warehouse and quality operations.
