Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement analysis, documentation, and end-to-end functional delivery for Duck Creek Claims.
• Collaborate closely with international clients, multi-vendor teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Support BA and QA teams in creating and managing functional and regression test suites.
• Maintain FSDs, RTMs, CR logs, backlogs, and structured documentation repositories.
• Ensure smooth communication, timely delivery, and effective coordination across project phases.
  

Requirements

• 6+ years as a Business Analyst in IT, with 8+ years in the Insurance domain (P&C preferred).
• Strong understanding of the insurance value chain, Submission, Quotes, Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Reinsurance.
• Excellent analytical ability, documentation expertise, communication skills, and cross-functional leadership.
