As a Lead Business Analyst at Chubb, you will play a pivotal role in the Technology department based in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for documenting functional and non-functional requirements, creating and reviewing use cases, maintaining Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will ensure prompt sign-offs on product epics/user stories and provide technical and functional support for issue resolution. Additionally, you will contribute to project vision by maintaining requirements traceability and assisting in enhancing process efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - 7 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst in the P&C insurance field - A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related STEM fields, or equivalent experience - Proficiency in Scrum Agile, POD Structure, and Agile ceremonies - Sound knowledge of the P&C Claims process - Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office tools, etc. - Strong technical acumen, including the ability to create and execute SQL queries - Experience in creating business process workflows and supporting product owners with roadmap reviews - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented, technically proficient, creative, and user-focused Joining Chubb offers you the opportunity to be part of a leading global insurance company that prioritizes employee experience and fosters a startup-like culture, enabling you to make a meaningful impact.
