Lead Assistant Manager

As a Lead Assistant Manager in the Emerging Finance & Accounting sector at EXL BPO Bangalore, your role involves managing Third Party Risk Assessment. Here is a summary of your key responsibilities: - Process due diligence activities for new vendor onboarding and monitor existing Third Parties regularly. - Ensure timely completion of risk review activities for vendor relationships/performance as per Coinbases Third Party Risk Management Policy. - Support Third Parties in completing Due Diligence Questionnaires by explaining questions and expected supporting evidence. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, third party vendors, and risk teams to ensure timely execution of risk reviews. - Work with Strategic Sourcing to document and complete vendor onboarding, offboarding, and terminations effectively. - Update TPRM procedures, training, change management, and communication materials as required. - Assist in maintaining the TPRM framework, tool, and processes to meet regulatory expectations and requirements. - Provide support in monthly and quarterly program reporting and metrics. - Handle ad-hoc projects related to vendor risk program and technology configuration improvements. - Possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel. Your qualifications for this role include a minimum of 8-10 years of experience along with an M.COM or MBA degree. Additionally, familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems is essential. Please note that this role offers a permanent employment type with the flexibility of predominantly working from home but occasional office visits may be required.
