Lead Assistant Manager-Application Development-Full Stack Developer

As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Implementing ML/AI solutions for enterprise-level projects on Azure/AWS cloud - Effectively communicating with clients to brainstorm solutions - Conducting research and development primarily focused on AI/ML implementations - Implementing RAG architecture for confidential data use cases - Applying deep learning techniques and leveraging machine learning experience - Developing and implementing generative AI models using cutting-edge techniques and frameworks - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to comprehend project requirements and design solutions that meet business needs - Researching and experimenting with new AI algorithms, architectures, and tools to enhance model performance and capabilities - Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and technology and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team - Participating in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective collaboration - Having experience in healthcare and life sciences for relevant projects is considered a plus - Being proficient in GenAI and possessing hands-on Machine Learning experience Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in implementing ML/AI solutions for enterprise-level projects on Azure/AWS cloud - Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, with a background in data science - Proficiency in generative AI techniques, including GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and related architectures - Good understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and methodologies - Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation using large-scale datasets - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team,
