Lead Assistant Manager-Application Development-Full Stack Developer

As an experienced professional in the field of ML/AI, you will be responsible for the following: - Implementing ML/AI solutions for enterprise-level projects on Azure/AWS cloud, ensuring effective communication with clients to brainstorm solutions. - Conducting research and development primarily focused on AI/ML implementations, including the implementation of RAG architecture for confidential data use cases. - Applying deep learning techniques and leveraging machine learning experience to deliver high-quality solutions. - Developing and implementing generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business needs. - Researching and experimenting with new AI algorithms, architectures, and tools to enhance model performance and capabilities. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI research and technology, contributing to knowledge sharing within the team. - Participating in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and effective collaboration. - Having experience in healthcare and life sciences projects would be a plus. - Being hands-on with GenAI and possessing Machine Learning experience. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in implementing ML/AI solutions for enterprise-level projects on Azure/AWS cloud. - Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, with a background in data science. - Proficiency in generative AI techniques, including GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and related architectures. - Good understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and methodologies. - Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation using large-scale datasets. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,
