Lead Artificial Intelligence

As a Lead Artificial Intelligence at Ideapoke, your main responsibilities will include: - Working with product/business owners to map business requirements into products / productized solutions and/or working prototypes of AI algorithms. - Evaluating and comparing algorithm performance based on large, real-world data sets. - Mining massive amounts of data from various sources to gain insights and identify patterns using machine learning techniques and complex network analysis methods. - Designing and implementing ML algorithms and models through in-depth research and experimentation with neural network models, parameter optimization, and optimization algorithms. - Working to accelerate the distributed implementation of existing algorithms and models. - Conducting research to advance the state of the art in deep learning and providing technical solutions at scale for real-world challenges in various scenarios. - Establishing scalable, efficient, automated processes for model development, model validation, model implementation, and large-scale data analysis. - Processing large amounts of data in a distributed cloud environment. - Applying strong knowledge/experience of data extraction and data processing. - Optimizing pre-existing algorithms for accuracy and speed. - Demonstrating a flexible approach and ability to develop new skills. - Being a self-starter and able to manage multiple research projects. - Being a team player and a good communicator. In order to excel in this role, you should bring the following skills and experiences: - Ph.D. / Master's degree / B.Tech / B.E. from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields (strong mathematical/statistics background with the ability to understand algorithms and methods from a mathematical and intuitive viewpoint). - 10 to 12 years of academic or professional experience in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing/Text mining, or a related field. - Technical ability and hands-on expertise in Python, Java, R, XML parsing, Big Data, NoSQL, and SQL.,
