As an experienced professional with over 14 years in industrial projects and 4+ years specifically in Data Center projects, you will be responsible for the following key areas: - Demonstrating expertise in advanced manufacturing of Chemical, fine chemicals, specialty chemicals industrial projects - Handling projects related to new energy businesses like EV, PV, and associated industrial projects - Managing automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, and FMCG projects - Overseeing Data Centre projects of hyper scale and retail scale, which is a mandatory requirement Your educational background should include a B.Arch. Degree from a recognized university and being registered with COA. Your technical core strengths should include: - Master planning and layout preparation at the plot plan level - Proficiency in Architectural designs for schematic/statutory/working drawings in both 2D and 3D formats - Understanding of statutory regulations, LEED certifications requirements, hygiene, and sustainability related design concepts Your role will involve: - Conceptualizing Faade & Fenestration, Interiors, Sanitation, and plumbing designs - Preparing various options meeting the Uptime Institutes Tier standard - Developing BIM models meeting LOD 100 to 400 requirements with a team of Revit modelers - Ensuring quality control on the model and guiding modelers in extracting layouts for Architectural Plans, elevations, sections, and plumbing drawings Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Preparation of Design Basis Report & Room Book - Planning and guiding the team in developing BIM models - Reviewing the model for quality control - Preparing site works tender and cost estimation for architectural parts of the project - Providing procurement assistance by participating in technical bid analysis and order specification preparation Your understanding of 3D platforms like Revit 3D, Sketch up, Lumion, and Twin motion will be beneficial for this role. Your ability to prepare concept layouts, working drawings, and good for construction drawings will be crucial for successful project execution.
