What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Lead AI Artist with 35 years of experience in film, television, advertising, animation, or post-production ideally in roles such as Director, Editor, Assistant Director, Animation Director, Creative Director, or Promo Director.

The ideal candidate should:

Have strong filmmaking experience

Solo-directed or edited projects in their reel

Experience in short films, promos, ads, branded films, documentaries, or animation

Strong visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and tone

Be passionate about genre storytelling

Horror, sci-fi, slasher, creature OR

Comedy or romance

Be tech-driven and curious

Enjoy experimenting with new tools and software

Interested in AI-based filmmaking, AI animation, and generative workflows

Loves blending creativity with tech to build new visual styles

Be a heavy consumer of international content

Global films, streaming originals, anime, and animation

Understands new trends in visuals, world-building, and storytelling

Bonus: Strong passion for anime and manga

Understanding of anime visual language, mood, and narrative structure

Must have an AI-focused portfolio

AI concept art

AI character designs

AI worlds, scenes, storyboards

Work created using tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, etc.
