In this role, your responsibilities will include promoting and enforcing awareness of key information security practices, identifying and reporting security risks, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards, and integrating data protection measures throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information. You will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications using Angular and related technologies. Working closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders, you will gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, you will ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless integration of front-end components with back-end services. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges in production and development environments. Conducting code reviews and ensuring the delivery of maintainable, scalable, and efficient code will be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated on the latest trends in front-end development, contributing to architecture and design decisions, managing technical debt, and optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and usability are also key aspects of the role. Key Skills & Qualifications: - 8-10 years of web development experience with a focus on front-end technologies - Expertise in Angular (versions 2 and above) and building complex, modular, responsive web applications - Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end build tools - Experience with RESTful APIs, AJAX, and third-party libraries and services integration - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control systems, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Leadership skills, ability to guide the team in technical decisions and maintain a positive team culture - Experience in unit testing, UI testing, and web application performance optimization techniques Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, TypeScript, Node.js, or other back-end technologies - Previous experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer role with a track record of delivering high-quality software,
