Lead Analyst Operational Services

The Data, Analytics, Reporting and Tools (DART) team is a core unit serving all of Global Operations with a mandate to enhance decision-making by maximizing data analytics capabilities to transform information into insights and better outcomes. This data and analytics-driven approach plays a pivotal role within Operations to enable how projects are delivered, confirming to goals related to on-time, on-budget, and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Under the direction of department and company leadership, you will implement and maintain a comprehensive suite of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor functional, departmental, customer, product, and project-level execution. Your expertise in data visualization and analytics will be utilized to develop dynamic online reports for monitoring and forecasting operational performance. Your key accountabilities will include studying, analyzing, and understanding business requirements in the context of business intelligence. You will build and optimize data pipelines using Python, Spark, and SQL to prepare data for analysis. Developing and implementing machine learning models to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for automation will be part of your responsibilities. You will create interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools that effectively communicate key insights. Collaborating with the service delivery team, you will create data visualization and reporting solutions. Identifying and tracking relevant metrics that provide meaningful business intelligence, designing and creating dynamic online reports using SQL, XML, MS Power Bi, and/or Qlik Sense, and partnering with the technical development team in the design of the database and data structures to optimize reporting of data are also essential tasks. You will be required to make decisions on the best technical approach to implement communicated and/or documented requirements. Your knowledge and skills will be utilized to derive solutions that meet service delivery needs and expectations. To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, programming, a related degree, or equivalent work experience. You should have 6+ years of advanced SQL, Python, Spark for large-scale data processing, 5+ years of experience in data analytics and advanced data visualization tools using BI tools, and familiarity with cloud computing platforms. Additionally, you should possess a deep understanding of Jira or ServiceNow or Financial Force and SDLC process, metrics, and measures, as well as the ability to communicate effectively to senior management teams.
