Senior Data Scientist

Partner, Head of Data & Martech

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to lead design, development, and deployment of advanced data science solutions todrive business outcomes. The Senior Data Scientist will apply statistical modelling, machine learning, andmarketing analytics to deliver insights across multiple domains while also contributing to the team's advancementin emerging technologies such as Generative AI, automation, and scalable ML infrastructure.

Key responsibilities :

Develop and maintain Dentsu Malaysia's proprietary solutions leveraging machine learning, causal

methods to drive business outcomes & actionable insights for clients

Build supervised and unsupervised machine learning models for use cases such as churn prediction,

customer segmentation (e.g., RFM), lifetime value (LTV) scoring, recommender systems, and other
marketing-focused predictive modelling tasks.
