Lead Analyst - Banking Operations

As a Lead Analyst Banking Operations at FC Global Services India LLP (First Citizens India), you will play a crucial role in supporting FCB's growth by ensuring the delivery of professional, timely, and efficient services to FCB client requests through data processing. Your focus will be on maintaining clean, reliable, and accurate business data within the bank, in alignment with the company's values of trust, teamwork, and accountability. The Data Stewardship team, to which you will belong, is dedicated to upholding these values and ensuring the integrity of business data. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and monitoring data quality, integrity, accuracy, and consistency, as well as identifying and reporting anomalies in internal data flows. Additionally, you will prioritize work to meet service level agreements, participate in implementing efficiencies to existing processes, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your role will involve working closely with colleagues and management to improve the quality of client service delivered to FCB clients. You will be expected to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to make sound decisions under pressure, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Furthermore, your role may require you to lead data remediation projects, conduct impact analysis, and ensure procedural documentations and process flow chart updates. To excel in this position, you should hold a degree or master's degree in Banking and Finance, possess 6-8 years of legal entity data/Client Master data management experience, and be proficient with Informatica MDM. Experience with US banking is considered a plus. Strong analytical and reporting skills, as well as expertise in data analysis, reporting, and MS Office tools, are essential for this role.
