Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead the end-to-end development of AMR systemsfrom concept, architecture anddesign to testing and deployment
Define the AMR system architecture, including sensors, control systems, powermanagement and communication interfaces
Guide teams in developing and integrating key modules such as perception (LiDAR,cameras, ultrasonic), localization, mapping (SLAM), path planning and obstacleavoidance
Oversee the development of embedded control software, motion control algorithmsand safety systems
Collaborate with hardware, software and mechanical teams to ensure seamlessintegration and performance optimization
Define testing protocols for navigation accuracy, payload handling, batteryperformance and safety compliance
Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards (e g , ISO 3691-4, CE and otherrelevant norms)
Support prototyping, pilot runs and production release activities
Mentor and build a strong cross-functional team capable of scaling AMR solutions forvarious applications
Stay abreast of emerging technologies in robotics, AI and sensor fusion and identifyopportunities to leverage them
