Job Description

Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables/job expectations).

Lead the development and integration of AI/ML models into web applications.
Architect and optimize AI-driven web solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn etc.
Oversee the deployment of AI models using cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and implementation.
Guide the development of scalable web applications using Angular, C#, NestJS etc.
Ensure efficient data processing and model deployment in production environments.
Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability .
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and web development technologies.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.

Critical Success Factors (critical / high-impact aspects of role):

Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks .
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and web development frameworks .
Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud computing, and database management .
Familiarity with MLOps tools for automating machine learning workflows.
Understanding of frontend and backend development for AI-powered applications.
Ability to work with large datasets and optimize AI models for production.

Experience:

10+ years of overall Software development experience and 4+ years of experience in AI/ML software development.
