Job purpose

Creates three-dimensional models, animations, and visual effects to be used in various creative projects such as Videos, mobile applications, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR) and digital advertising campaigns. It also involves creating special effects to match specific briefs using a combination of hand-drawing techniques and computer software.

Duties and responsibilities

• Proven artistic ability across multiple computer graphics disciplines including modeling, texturing, lighting, shading / look development and compositing.
• Strong communicator that requires minimal guidance in the execution of VFX Tasks.
• Lead creation of outstanding artwork using various software programs
• Maintain or exceed a consistent level of productivity while meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.
• Acts as a single point of contact in the design team for the PMs and other stakeholders.
• Prioritize work and resources within the team based on short- and long-term needs.
• Provide training to junior staff and ensure consistency and quality in all creative work.
• Administer and ensure delivery of 3D MOA projects within time frame and according to target.

Technical skills:

• Proficient in Photoshop, Maya, Substance painter, Z brush.
• Proficient in 3dsmax and Cinema 4D.
• Comparable software experience also considered.

Experience

• Minimum 5-8 years experience.
• Experience in the healthcare domain with a good knowledge of the global healthcare environment will be an added advantage.
