Layer 3 Wireless Developer

As a Senior Engineer at Tejas Networks, you will play a crucial role in product development and delivery. Your responsibilities will include planning, requirement analysis, design, implementation, validation, verification, and field testing. You will work on analyzing and prioritizing various features for different sub-systems to ensure synchronized system delivery in a phased manner. Collaboration with other teams and partners for system integration and user acceptance testing will be a key aspect of your role. Your focus will be on continuously improving system performance with quality deliverables. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to product development and delivery process - Analyze and prioritize features for different sub-systems - Collaborate with other teams for system integration and testing - Focus on improving system performance **Qualification Required:** - Hands-on experience in RRM related algorithms - Strong design and implementation experience in RRC, S1AP, X2AP protocols - Good understanding of Layer1 and Layer2 configuration - Knowledge in advanced SON, 5G NR RAN protocols - Experience in debugging complex real-time issues and log file analysis Tejas Networks has been at the forefront of Wireless product development since 2012, aiming to create globally deployable telecom RAN solutions.
