Role TM - Tool Based Optimisation Job Level/ Designation M2 Function / Department Technology/Quality Location Indore Job Purpose . This role is responsible for supporting the Network Quality function by optimal and effective use of all the Network Performance, Optimization and Experience management tools to provide superior Voice and Data experience to the customer. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities . Network performance analysis through OSS/drive test/crowd sourced data and optimization to improve network quality (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE) & customer experience . Provide technical analysis and support to circle zonal team in all aspects of RAN network. . Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve performance.. Network heath check to ensure consistent performance - drive SA alarms/parameter audit. . Supports new trail/feature/technology to achieve smoothly improve experience by driving Performance monitoring . Implementation and acceptance testing of new node/features in co-ordination with partners, Central Quality & SNOC Team. . Ensure utilization monitoring and timely optimization/deployment of radio network capacity, license capacity, 4G spectrum and Transmission BW upgrade etc . Ensuring team development and synergy to deliver high performance culture and safety . Deriving insights from Customer complaints analysis and recommend corrective actions. . Use of available tool to derive indepth analysis of customer issue and map with technical parameter and optimize the network for best customer experience. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience . In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters & optimization (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE) for Nokia and E// Vendors . Excellent domain knowledge and on- field optimization experience . Hands on experience with tools like Arieso, TEMS, NEMO, Atoll, TEOCO, Anritsu , MUSA and crowd based analytic tools etc . Very good analytical skills to trouble shoot network quality KPI degradation/ customer complaints . Should be able to analyze the key issue with depth trouble shooting and 3GPP standard mapping. . Person should have knowledge on volte and 4G optimization of large network and basic IP network knowledge. . People management capability, very good cross functional co-ordination. We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience to coordinate and implement features for both the Android Automotive OS platform and Customer-facing features of our connected, embedded Infotainment System. Your role will involve collaborating within an agile cross-functional team environment, demonstrating strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills. Additionally, you will be expected to mentor less experienced team members and possess expertise in the Android Framework, AOSP platform architecture, and related build systems. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech/ M.Tech in Computer Science or MCA, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. The position requires solid working experience with software life-cycle methodologies and a deep understanding of different Android components such as Services, Broadcast Receivers, Content Providers, among others. Proficiency in modifying Android framework components, system services, and the Android SDK is essential. Moreover, a good understanding of Android Automotive System and Car Service Framework is highly desirable. This is a contract position for a period of 6 months to 1 year, based in Bangalore/Chennai. As a member of the Tejas wireless team, you will be part of a group that has developed high-capacity LTE macro eNodeB, 5G NR gNodeB, and Radio Units for end-to-end integrated solutions for our customers. Our systems are currently operational in commercial networks, and our engineers are dedicated to enhancing capacity and improving system-level performance. Tejas Networks has been investing in Wireless product development since 2012, aiming to create globally deployable telecom RAN solutions. Key components developed by the Wireless R&D team have been successfully deployed and commissioned across three continents. We are actively engaged in the 5G ecosystem in India and have made significant contributions to India's standardization efforts in 3GPP through TSDSI. The wireless team holds over 100 patents, and as a member of this team, you will be involved in developing products for next-generation wireless systems. Your role as a Senior Engineer will involve contributing to product development and delivery, encompassing planning, requirement analysis, design, implementation, validation, verification, and field testing. You will analyze and prioritize various features for different sub-systems to ensure synchronized system delivery in a phased manner. Collaboration with other teams and partners will be essential for system integration and user acceptance testing. Your focus will be on continuously enhancing system performance through quality deliverables. The mandatory skills for this role include hands-on experience with various RRM-related algorithms such as coverage, capacity optimization, interference mitigation, admission control, and performance optimization. You should also possess strong design and implementation experience in RRC, S1AP, and X2AP protocols, along with a good understanding of Layer1 and Layer2 configuration and capabilities. Knowledge in advanced SON and 5G NR RAN protocols is desirable, as well as experience in debugging complex real-time issues and log file analysis. Desired skills include familiarity with technologies like ICIC, ANR, Mobility optimization, Resource Management, admission control, S1AP, X2AP, SCTP, SON, and 5G RAN protocols. Preferred qualifications for this position include a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Telecommunication or Networking field and a degree in B. Tech /BE (CSE/ECE) or an equivalent qualification. Proficiency in C/C++ coding is also a valuable asset for this role.,
