We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our domestic sales operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building brands, possess strong market insights, and have well-established relationships with distributors and channel partners across India. You will play a critical role in establishing our brand presence , driving revenue, and expanding our distribution footprint. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to build and grow the domestic brand. Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners across targeted regions. Drive market penetration , improve product visibility, and ensure optimum product availability in the market. Coordinate with marketing teams for local promotions, retail campaigns, and brand positioning. Set, monitor, and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets . Provide market intelligence , competitor analysis, and recommend strategies to stay ahead.
