This role will be pivotal in establishing and managing our India office while supporting talent acquisition and HR functions. About the Role: This is a dual role where you will assist with preparing immigration filings and act as a client care specialist, answering calls and emails from existing clients regarding their case status and questions. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the India office, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with local regulations. Lead recruitment efforts to build a strong team of immigration professionals, paralegals, and support staff in India. Serve as the HR point of contact – manage employee onboarding, performance tracking, HR policies, payroll coordination, and employee relations. Work closely with the U.S. leadership team to align India operations with firm-wide standards, policies, and goals. Provide support in training new staff on U.S. immigration case management procedures. Manage vendor relationships, office setup, and administrative needs for the physical office in Ahmedabad (expected by January 2026). Preferred Qualifications A foreign-trained attorney with an L.L.B. (or equivalent) from India (required). Highly fluent in English — both spoken and written Prior experience working with U.S. immigration law Must currently reside in Gujarat, India and be willing to transition to a physical office in Ahmedabad by January 2026. Professional, patient, and empathetic in your client interactions. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases at once.
