Job Title: Manual QA Tester Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 25 years Reports To: QA Lead / QA Manager About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Tester to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our SaaS platform through comprehensive manual testing, issue tracking using Jira, and data validation using SQL. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to maintain a high-quality user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases based on functional and technical requirements. Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and integration testing. Log, track, and manage bugs in Jira , ensuring clear documentation and effective communication with development teams. Perform SQL queries to validate data integrity and ensure back-end processes are working as expected. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the SDLC to ensure product quality. Participate in test planning, estimation, and review sessions. Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives and share testing best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in manual testing of web-based applications, ideally SaaS platforms. Strong experience with Jira for bug tracking and agile workflow management. Good understanding of SQL and ability to write medium-complex queries for data verification. Familiarity with testing in an Agile/Scrum environment. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors clearly and effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Nice to Have: Basic understanding of APIs and experience using tools like Postman . Exposure to test management tools such as TestRail , Zephyr , or Qase . Knowledge of automation basics or willingness to learn. Job Description: Assistant Manager Record to Report (R2R) Job Title: Assistant Manager Record to Report (R2R) Experience Required: 8+ years in Finance & Accounting (with core experience in R2R) Location: Bangalore Department: Finance & Accounting / Shared Services Reports To: R2R Manager / Finance Manager Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager R2R to lead and manage end-to-end Record to Report processes for our finance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in general ledger accounting, closing and reporting, fixed assets, and intercompany processes. This role requires the ability to lead a team, manage complex reconciliations, and deliver accurate and timely financials in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end R2R activities, including journal entries, accruals, allocations, and GL maintenance. Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Review and analyze balance sheet accounts and prepare/review reconciliations. Manage fixed assets accounting including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals. Perform and oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations to ensure alignment across entities. Translate business needs into functional specifications, configuration guides, and user stories. Lead configuration sessions with clients to understand use cases, workflows, and business rules. Support configuration testing, validation, and troubleshooting during UAT and go-live phases.
