We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lathe Operator to set up, operate, and maintain lathe machines used for machining metal or plastic parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with manual and/or CNC lathe machines, be able to read technical drawings, and work with precision to meet production standards and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate manual or CNC lathe machines to perform turning, facing, threading, and other machining operations.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machining requirements.
Measure, mark, and inspect finished parts using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
Adjust tools, speeds, and feeds as needed to maintain product specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lathe machines.
Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Document production activities, material usage, and time logs as per company procedures.
Collaborate with supervisors and quality control teams to ensure timely and quality output.
