Laser Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Hydra & Laser Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to beauticians, aestheticians, and skincare professionals. The role involves conducting both theoretical and practical training sessions on HydraFacial systems, laser hair reduction technologies, and advanced aesthetic equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong product expertise, practical hands-on skills, and a passion for mentoring and upskilling professionals in the beauty and aesthetics domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training on HydraFacial, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic treatments.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, hygiene practices, and treatment standards.
• Develop and update training manuals, SOPs, and evaluation materials for onboarding and refresher training.
• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the aesthetic and cosmetic industry.
• Deliver in-house and on-site training sessions across branches or partner clinics.
• Work closely with the operations and quality teams to monitor service delivery and provide corrective guidance.
• Assist in pre-sales consultations and demo sessions when required.
• Maintain accurate training records, feedback reports, and certification logs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HydraFacial and laser treatments.
• Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Laser Technology (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent preferred).
• Strong understanding of skin physiology, contraindications, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to travel for training assignments as needed.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience as a trainer or senior aesthetic therapist in a reputed clinic/chain.
• Hands-on knowledge of aesthetic devices such as diode lasers, ND:YAG, Q-switch, RF, and others.
• Bilingual skills – fluency in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is an advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
