Laser service engineer

As a Laser Service Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with laser equipment, providing on-site field service tasks, offering technical support to clients, and maintaining and repairing laser systems. Your daily tasks will include traveling to client locations, conducting inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the proper functioning of the laser equipment. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues, have experience with field service operations and on-site support, exhibit strong communication skills (both verbal and written), demonstrate technical support experience, showcase skills in maintenance and repair of laser systems and equipment, be able to work independently and manage time effectively. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is required, while experience with laser equipment or robotics would be preferred.,
