Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India, for a Laser Operator & Design Engineer. The role involves operating laser cutting machines and related equipment, overseeing laser cutting processes, and ensuring quality control standards are met. The Laser Operator & Design Engineer will collaborate with the operations team to manage projects, optimize workflows, and meet production goals. The role also includes analyzing and implementing design specifications to achieve precision outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Laser Cutting processes
• Expertise in handling Laser equipment and related machinery
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control standards and techniques
• Experience in Operations Management to streamline workflows and optimize production
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Educational background in engineering or a related technical field is highly advantageous
• Prior experience in sheet metal fabrication or equivalent industry exposure is a plus
