Customer Relationship Management Ensure superior customer service and effective query/complaint resolution. Build strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure persistency and renewals. Drive customer-centric initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty. Operational Excellence & Compliance Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies. Maintain documentation, process discipline, and audit readiness at all times. Monitor quality of business to reduce lapses and cancellations. Market Intelligence Track competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences. Provide insights and feedback to senior management for strategy improvement. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of territory sales and revenue targets. Productivity per Relationship Manager / Direct Sales Officer. Persistency and business quality metrics. Team recruitment, training, and retention. Customer satisfaction scores. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred). 6–10 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in life insurance, banking, or financial services. At least 2–3 years of experience in team handling. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Excellent communication, networking, and customer relationship skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Drive sales of life insurance products through the agency channel to achieve branch business targets (premium, policies, persistency, and advisor activation). Identify business opportunities, plan and execute strategies to maximize market share. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve branch performance. Agency Recruitment & Development Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors and leaders to build a strong and productive agency force. Ensure regular skill enhancement and certification of agents as per IRDAI guidelines. Conduct motivation and retention programs for advisors to minimize attrition.
