Laravel Developer

As a Web Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality web applications using Laravel and React.js. Your role will involve writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the team to deliver robust and scalable solutions. It is essential for you to have a solid understanding of Laravel, PHP, React.js, and web development best practices, with hands-on experience in Laravel projects. You should be comfortable working both independently and within a team setting. Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance web applications using Laravel and React.js. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance applications. - Oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment. - Provide technical mentorship and ensure adherence to best coding practices. - Troubleshoot and optimize applications for scalability, security, and performance. - Implement and manage RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration. - Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. - Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure development efforts align with business goals. Requirements: - Degree in BE, B.Tech, MCA, or MSc IT. - 2-7 years of experience in PHP development with Laravel and strong expertise in React.js. - Solid understanding of front-end technologies and state management, including Redux and Context API. - Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and database design principles. - Proficiency in Git for version control. - Strong knowledge of web security, performance optimization, and SEO principles. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead teams effectively. - Strong communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Work Environment: You will have a leadership role in a collaborative office setting. There may be occasional after-hours support required for critical issues.
