Doesn’t look like a premium hotel but has average features in it! Rooms are okay with all facilities. Building is very old||However staff is very helpful ||Food is average too ||Toiletries were not up to the mark ||Can definitely be improved

Very nice and clean property.
I wonder why the hotel refuses to serve 'drinking water' and insist on buying costly mineral water. They even charges for normal water!
Except that food, facility are great.

The receptionist(male) doesn’t know anything about hospitality. The hotel was empty. But he didn’t allow a single minute to stay at room after standard checkout time even after genuine reason to stay bit longer for an hour.

Worst hotel charged for bedsheet stain of rose petals and reception staff was very rude and arrogant. Don't celebrate in this hotel they will charge you for anything. Even water was not complimentary. Very bad experience stay in this hotel.

Rude behaviour, worst welcome, inhospitable attitude at the reception . I have visited many places but this was a very bad experiance . Would nvr recommend this to any of my family members and frnds , i would suggegest the owner of this hotel to teach some basic manners to the reception guy.

The hotel is costly as per room types.. Food quality is good but the menu is expensive.. They have cockroaches in the suite room.. Overall you can count this hotel for stay and food and bar..
