It is a nice affordable society. It doesn't have car parking and power backup facilities. You need to have an inverter in case of power failure and for parking you can park in a private car parking space available adjacent to the society @Rs.1000/- per month. Everyone in the society parks their car over there only.

Wrost place to leave. BD team is not cooperative at all. Power issue is one of the biggest issue here. Almost everyday power gone for 2-3 hours and there is no power back up. Parking is one of the major issue. …

Gated society, full security but far from the main city..like lack of sabji mandi & daily need shops. & Electric problem is a concern here, along with the problem of piegons coming & destroying balcony.
