Location: Placewell Retail, Hill-Cart rd, beside Hotel Vinayak, Siliguri.

About the Role:

Placewell Retail is expanding its laptop division at the Siliguri outlet and is hiring a Laptop Sales Consultant to join our dynamic tech team. If you’re confident in selling computing solutions and enjoy customer interaction, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in choosing the right laptops and accessories based on their needs (personal use, student, gaming, or business)
• Demonstrate features and USPs of top brands including HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, and Apple
• Upsell warranty, software, and value-added accessories like antivirus, bags, and printers
• Explain EMI schemes, exchange offers, and ongoing promotions
• Maintain display hygiene, update stock, and ensure demo units are operational
• Handle customer queries, follow up on leads, and drive store revenue

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in laptop or electronics retail sales
• Sound product knowledge and ability to recommend the right configuration
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Nepali
• Tech-savvy, target-oriented, and strong in customer communication
• Prior experience in handling premium laptop brands preferred
