Multiple Technical Roles!

1. Asset Inspection & Data Wiping Technicians

Skills Required:

• Functional hardware diagnosis using tools like PC Doctor
• Experience in HW component validation (HDD/SSD, RAM, Motherboard, Battery, etc.) & Software updating.
• Ability to identify cosmetic & Functional defects
• Basic report creation and documentation
• Proficiency in certified data wiping tools (Blancco, WhiteCanyon)
• Understanding of NIST 800-88 CLEAR & PURGE standards
• Imaging OS using standard buyer-approved procedures

Role:

• Perform complete hardware, software, functional and visual inspection
• Classify devices (Class A / Class B)
• Coordinate with data wiping and refurbishment teams
• Perform secure data wipes
• Generate and maintain data wipe certificates
• Install latest OS versions and update inventory records

2. Refurbishment Technicians

Skills Required:

• Hardware replacement/repair skills (keyboard, chassis, screens, fans, etc.)
• Familiarity with component-level repair and soldering (optional for deeper refurb cases)
• Ability to disassemble/reassemble devices
• ESD handling knowledge

Role:

• Refurbish devices to make them look and function like new
• Use available warranty/replacement options
• Document all actions taken and update records

3. Quality Control Inspectors (QC)

Skills Required:

• Eye for detail on cosmetic and functional aspects
• Understanding of classification criteria (Class A / Class B)
• Familiarity with customer expectations on packing and finish

Role:

• Final inspection post-refurbishment
• Approve for packaging or mark for rework
• Ensure devices meet buyer expectations

6. Team Lead / Supervisor

Skills Required:

• Technical background + team management experience
• Strong understanding of SOW, timelines, and quality requirements
• Coordination with HR, logistics, and client POCs

Role:

• Supervise end-to-end operations
• Ensure SLA, reporting compliance, and workforce discipline
• Coordinate with Buyer on escalations and strategy alignment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
