Laptop Monitoring tool Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage employee system activities efficiently through tracking software. Your responsibilities will include maintaining daily system logs, identifying irregularities, and ensuring compliance with IT and organizational regulations. You will be required to monitor user behavior, detect unusual patterns, and prepare structured reports for management review. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor employee system activities using a mobile-friendly tracking app - Maintain a structured database of daily system logs and user activity - Identify irregularities or non-compliance in system usage - Generate regular reports for management and escalate issues if necessary - Ensure confidentiality and integrity of monitoring data - Collaborate with HR/IT to support compliance and productivity goals - Possess basic technical knowledge and familiarity with monitoring tools Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree - Experience: 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience with employee system monitoring tools - Proficiency in MS Excel, report preparation, IT systems, basic troubleshooting, and user behavior analytics - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills - High level of analytical and observation skills with attention to detail - Ability to work independently and proactively This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
