About the Role:

Placewell Retail is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our retail team in Gangtok. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of laptops, mobiles, and accessories while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers and assist in product selection.
• Promote and sell laptops, smartphones, and related accessories.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper in-store presentation.
• Manage billing, stock records, and after-sales service coordination.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Higher Secondary with relevant experience in retail or electronics sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT products, smartphones, and accessories.
• Positive attitude, good presentation, and customer-focused approach.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Work Location: New MG Marg, Gangtok
