Job Description

Laparoscopic Surgeon

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of
General and Laparoscopic Surgery
with proficiency and adherence to best practices.
Provide quality clinical care to surgical patients, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
Respond promptly to queries or requirements from inpatient (IP) surgical patients.
Practice
evidence-based medicine
, maintaining awareness of surgical patient investigations (profiles, reports, treatment plans) and treatments including drug procurement and allergy considerations.
Conduct thorough surgical inpatient rounds regularly, attending to patients empathetically and addressing their concerns.
Ensure strict compliance with patient protocols across all departments including OP-IP, OT, Diagnostics, ICU, and Triage.
Maintain accurate and legible documentation including patient files, prescriptions, and requisitions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated with latest advancements and techniques in laparoscopic surgery.

Qualifications:

Medical degree with specialization in General Surgery.
Proven experience in
Laparoscopic Surgery
and general surgical procedures.
Strong knowledge of clinical protocols and patient management in surgical settings.
Excellent communication skills and patient-centric approach.
