Laparoscopic Surgeon

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Laparoscopic Surgeon to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in performing laparoscopic procedures and managing all aspects of laparoscopic surgery for general surgical cases. This role involves working in a high-standard hospital equipped with the latest surgical technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various laparoscopic surgical procedures including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
• Diagnose and treat patients requiring minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate surgical records and documentation.
• Follow surgical safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Stay updated on advancements in laparoscopic surgery and incorporate best practices.
• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and continuing medical education.
• Mentor junior surgeons and surgical trainees when applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MS or DNB in General Surgery, with additional Fellowship or specialized training in Laparoscopic Surgery preferred.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant clinical experience in laparoscopic surgical procedures.
• Strong technical skills in laparoscopy and minimally invasive surgery.
• Excellent patient management and clinical decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
