We are looking for a Team Leader Disbursement with strong experience in handling secured loan disbursement operations, specifically Loan Against Property (LAP) and MSME loans . The candidate should be from an NBFC background , with proven team management skills , strong process knowledge, and the ability to ensure timely disbursements, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Mandatory Requirements: Experience in MSME or LAP disbursement operations NBFC background only (no banking or DSA profiles) Team handling experience is mandatory (minimum 4–6 members) Strong coordination with legal, technical, credit, and sales teams Good understanding of KYC, RBI norms, and audit requirements Familiarity with LOS/LMS systems, MIS reporting, and Excel Must be willing to work from the Jui Nagar, Navi Mumbai office Male candidates only Notice period: Within 30–60 days preferred
