Skills and Experience Required
· Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Designing
· Ability to manage gardening staff on Landscape Design projects, give instructions and get work done
Role and Responsibilities:
· Establishing general landscape requirements with clients;
· Accurately preparing and presenting detailed plans and working drawings, including applications, construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD) and 3D Model & work through.
· Creating and presenting design proposals to clients, dealing with enquiries and negotiating any amendments to the final design
· Matching the client's wishes with your knowledge of what will work best
· Contacting and coordinating manufacturers and suppliers for Landscaping work and garden accessories.
· Making site visits
· Ensuring deadlines are met
· Liaising with other professionals on the project
· Monitoring and checking work on-site
· Supervises and directs grounds personnel by establishing schedules, assigning tasks, monitoring and reviewing projects to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
· Decides on the planting scheme for Landscape Designing
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
