Job Description

As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for managing gardening staff on Landscape Design projects, giving instructions, and ensuring work is completed efficiently. Your key responsibilities include: - Establishing general landscape requirements with clients - Accurately preparing and presenting detailed plans and working drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) and 3D modeling - Creating and presenting design proposals to clients, negotiating any amendments to the final design - Contacting and coordinating manufacturers and suppliers for landscaping work and garden accessories - Making site visits, ensuring deadlines are met, and liaising with other professionals on the project - Monitoring and checking work on-site to maintain quality standards - Supervising and directing grounds personnel, assigning tasks, and reviewing projects to ensure deadlines are met - Deciding on the planting scheme for Landscape Designing projects Qualifications Required: - Degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Designing This is a permanent job opportunity with benefits including Provident Fund.
