• Review and verification of landscape designs proposed by the external landscape architects ensuring correctness and fulfillment of project
• Interfaces with design managers,regional cross-functional teams and HO design team along with externalDesign Consultants • Recommends design options for specific green field projects • Coordinate complete landscape renders, AV, Model etc
• Manage landscape design and quality of marketing office and show
apartment as per product positioning .Provides design brief and detailedrequirements on the project to consultants • Follow ups and continuous tracking on submissions• Coordination with design manager to file required documentation as perschedule• Coordinates with external consultants for applying forcertifications.Prepares templates for standardization for landscape design across regions such as material list design standards, details etc.• Prepares and updates the template/ circular as specified.
