Role & responsibilities Prepare and process contractor and subcontractor bills in accordance with work progress and contractual terms. Generate client invoices based on project milestones, progress, and agreements. Verify site measurements, work done, and quantity take-offs for billing purposes. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors to ensure proper documentation and approvals. Track project cost, material usage, labor, and other inputs to prepare billing reports. Manage and update billing logs and monitor project cash flow. Ensure all billing aligns with BOQ (Bill of Quantities), drawings, and specifications. Handle cost analysis, quantity estimation, and variation orders. Liaise with finance and procurement teams to support timely payment processing. Assist in internal audits and project reconciliations as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in billing or quantity surveying within the real estate or construction sector. Solid knowledge of construction contracts, BOQ, rate analysis, and billing procedures. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, MS Project). Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple billing cycles simultaneously. Good communication and coordination skills to interface with various departments and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects. Familiarity with RERA compliance (India-specific, if applicable). Experience in cost control and budgeting is an added advantage Candidate residing on the western line would be an added advantage Candidates having real estate experience will be considered

Key Responsibilities: Litigation Management: · Represent the company in legal proceedings related to real estate, including civil, criminal, consumer, and arbitration matters. · Coordinate with external counsel for effective case handling and strategy. · Manage and oversee litigation tracker, deadlines, and legal documentation. · Provide strategic legal advice on dispute resolution and settlement. Non-Litigation Advisory: · Vetting and drafting of legal documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, joint development agreements (JDAs), construction contracts, etc. · Conduct title due diligence and provide title reports for land acquisitions and property transactions. · Ensure compliance with RERA, municipal, and zoning regulations. · Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation. Regulatory & Compliance: · Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting real estate. · Ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws, especially RERA, stamp duty, and registration regulations. · Handle land acquisition and conversion processes in coordination with relevant authorities. Team Management & Stakeholder Coordination: · Lead and mentor the in-house legal team. · Collaborate with business heads, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. · Liaison with government authorities, legal professionals, and industry bodies. Qualifications: · LLB/LLM from a reputed institution. · 6 to 15+ years of experience in real estate legal function with a strong track record in both litigation and non-litigation matters. · Deep understanding of real estate law, land acquisition, RERA, and property documentation. · Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. · Candidates residing on the western line will have an added advantage Preferred Skills: · Experience handling large-scale real estate projects. · Familiarity with local land laws and property registration processes. · Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
