Job summary

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting detailed land surveys for residential real estate projects. This role requires expertise in land measurement, topography, and site layout planning. The successful candidate will ensure that all surveying activities adhere to legal standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Land Surveys: Perform detailed land surveys to establish legal property boundaries and topographical features using cutting-edge surveying instruments and technology.
• Prepare Survey Reports: Compile comprehensive survey reports, including maps, plots, and descriptions of surveyed sites, to support land development and planning activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering Teams: Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to provide critical data and insights for project design and execution.
• Ensure Compliance with Standards: Ensure all surveying activities comply with local and national legal standards, as well as industry best practices and safety regulations.
• Utilize Surveying Software: Leverage advanced surveying software for data analysis and to create precise digital representations of surveyed land.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-8 years of professional experience in land surveying, preferably within the real estate or construction industry. Experience in Highrise
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and using advanced surveying equipment; strong understanding of legal property descriptions and boundary management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
