Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor at Royal Infraconstru Ltd., you will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys for bridge and railway projects. Utilizing your expertise in using Total Station, AutoCAD, and topographic surveys, you will play a crucial role in ensuring precise and efficient data collection to support project design and execution. Collaboration with design teams and adherence to safety and quality standards are key aspects of this role. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting land and site surveys using Total Station and other surveying instruments, preparing topographic surveys and contour maps using AutoCAD, assisting in setting out alignments and reference points, ensuring accurate data recording and mapping, validating survey data with the design team, preparing detailed survey reports, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project compliance. To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in land surveying for bridge or railway projects. Technical proficiency in Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS, GIS technologies, surveying principles, leveling, and setting out methods is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in challenging site conditions, and meet deadlines are also key qualifications required. Your performance will be evaluated based on the accuracy of surveying reports and layouts, timely submission of survey data and reports, and effective coordination with design and execution teams. The salary range for this position is 25,000 to 40,000 per month.
