Job Purpose : Support to ensure smooth completion of Land sales process and its due diligence. Key Responsibilities: Deal Coordinator's responsibilities primarily revolve around supporting the sales team by managing the administrative and operational aspects of deals. Act as a central point of contact, ensuring smooth deal progression from initiation to closure, includes preparing land sales documents, coordinating meetings, tracking deal progress, and maintaining records. Sales Support: Document Preparation: Assisting in the creation and maintenance of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system. Order Processing: Ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders and managing related documentation. Meeting Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and logistics for the sales team. Deal Management: Deal Tracking: Monitoring the progress of deals, tracking key milestones, and reporting on deal status. Communication Hub: Acting as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and information flow. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the deal lifecycle. Managing Due Diligence: Responsible for all type of due diligence (DDs) like Corporate/Financial/Title/Technical of all ongoing integrated township and other land deals Responsible to coordinate and arrange DD related documents for Buyers Responsible to provide timely support during the land deal to ensure smooth transition. Rensponsible to ensure all necessary compliances and documents are in place for closure of deal. Coordination with Internal team i.e. legal, engineering, development, and other teams to ensure alignment on deals requirements. Ensure for the completion of all documentation related to Title, environmental assessments, surveys, and other necessary investigations for a smooth transition. MIS and reportings: Prepare reports to update reporting manager about the deal status on regular basis in weekly/forthnightly/monthly reporting The coordinator will interact with buyers/Client, local authorities, and other stakeholders to foster positive relationships. Skills required: Strong in customer orientation, communication skills Experience of land acquisition & its process with prominent RE companies Knowledge of land related zoning regulations, land related and real estate related rules and regulation, zoning regulations, and land use practices and and other relevant legal requirements. Technical knowledge about DCR’s feasibility, valuation and underwriting. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with due diligence processes is a must.
