Job Description

We are looking for a Land Acquisition Agent to help us source land for layout development projects. The ideal candidate should have good connections with landowners and experience in the local real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Identify and source land suitable for layout .
Collect all required property details from landowners.
Coordinate site visits and share verified information with our team.
Assist in negotiations and help finalize land deals.

Compensation:

₹20,000 per month for every successful land deal.
If closure happens in later months, earlier months' pay will be credited.

Eligibility:

Freshers and experienced real estate agents are welcome.
Good communication skills and local network preferred.
Basic knowledge of land documents is a plus.
