Land Aquisition Agent

We are hiring Land Acquisition Agents to help source land for layout development projects. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are motivated and have an interest in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source land suitable for layout or development.
• Collect property details from landowners (location, size, documents, pricing,Photos,Videos etc.).
• Coordinate with our team and assist in closing land deals.

Eligibility:

• Must know Tamil and have knowledge of local areas around your town.
• Basic English is a plus, and previous real estate experience is an added advantage.
• Freshers are welcome if genuinely interested in real estate and land sourcing.

Compensation:

• ₹20,000 per month for every successful land deal.
• If closure happens in later months, earlier months' pay will be credited.
