Job Summary:

We are hiring a Land Acquisition Executive (Male) with strong knowledge of land identification, documentation, and government approvals. The candidate should be experienced in handling property verification, title checks, and coordination with authorities for all land-related transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

* Identify and evaluate suitable land parcels for projects.

* Handle legal documentation, ownership verification, and title search.

* Coordinate with government departments for NOC, diversion, and layout approvals.

* Negotiate with landowners and prepare acquisition reports.

* Conduct site visits and verify land boundaries and documents.

Skills:

* Graduate in Law / Commerce / Real Estate / Civil background preferred.

* 3–5 years experience in land acquisition or real estate.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Must have knowledge of revenue records and approval processes.

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month

Location: Bhopal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
