Develop and implement a testing framework for GenAI applications including unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests, and performance tests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and product managers, to design test strategies and create test cases. Guide the developer team in test-driven development. Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues. Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance test coverage and efficiency. Monitor and analyze test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements. Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer, preferably in GenAI applications. Experience writing unit and integration tests in Python and JavaScript. Experience using test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Pytest). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and tools.
