Job Description

As a LabWare Developer with a minimum of 4 years of work experience, your responsibilities will include gathering user requirements to comprehend the laboratory and stakeholders" needs. You will be configuring LabWare LIMS, providing technical support to the team, and troubleshooting as necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for configuring and creating Master Data such as Products, Projects, Analysis, Calculations, Automation Scripts, and Message Engine. It is essential to have a good understanding of LIMS Basic format calculations, analysis component calculations, Labware Lot Management, and Sample life cycle. Your role will involve customizing LabWare LIMS to cater to specific laboratory requirements and integrating instruments to ensure smooth data flow and automation. You should also be proficient in Crystal Reports and adept at creating reports using Query Tags and Access Routines. Furthermore, you will handle the entry and editing of all relevant static data within the system and act as a mediator between internal laboratory users and vendors to address system issues and user requirements. Developing and maintaining custom scripts and automation scripts to enhance system functionality will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with Agile teams to implement new features and improvements, troubleshooting system issues for seamless operation, and working with cross-functional teams to integrate LabWare with other systems and workflows are crucial aspects of this role. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all system implementations, supporting data migration and integration efforts, and monitoring system performance to optimize configurations for improved efficiency and reliability are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong technical skills in LabWare LIMS, expertise in scripting and automation, proficiency in Crystal Reports, and exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.,
