As a LabWare Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, your responsibilities will involve gathering user requirements to understand the needs of the laboratory and stakeholders. You will be responsible for configuring LabWare LIMS, providing technical assistance to the team, and troubleshooting when necessary. Additionally, you will be involved in the configuration and creation of Master Data such as Products, Projects, Analysis, Calculations, Automation Scripts, and Message Engine. Your role will require a good understanding of LIMS Basic format calculations, analysis component calculations, Labware Lot Management, and Sample life cycle. You will also be tasked with customizing LabWare LIMS to suit specific laboratory needs and integrating instruments to ensure seamless data flow and automation. Knowledge of Crystal reports and creating reports using Query Tags and Access Routines will be essential. As a LabWare Developer, you will be responsible for entering and editing all relevant static data within the system. Acting as a liaison between internal laboratory users and vendors to address system issues and user requirements will also be part of your duties. You will be expected to develop and maintain custom scripts and automation scripts to enhance system functionality and work with Agile teams to implement new features and improvements. Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for system integration, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also support data migration and integration efforts to maintain data integrity and consistency while monitoring system performance and optimizing configurations for improved efficiency and reliability. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong technical skills in LabWare LIMS, experience in scripting and automation, proficiency in Crystal Reports, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.,
