Labview Developer || Autocomponent || Pune / Manesar

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy LabVIEW applications for automated test, measurement, and vision-based inspection systems.

• Integrate and configure industrial cameras (USB, GigE, FireWire, etc.) using NI Vision Acquisition Software.

• Develop image processing algorithms for object detection, pattern matching, barcode/QR reading, dimensional measurements, defect detection, etc.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements for vision-based automation solutions.

• Interface with hardware such as NI DAQ, PXI, cRIO, motion controllers, sensors, and actuators. • Create detailed documentation including system architecture, software design, and test procedures.

• Conduct system validation, calibration, and tuning of vision inspection systems.

• Optimize performance and reliability of both software and hardware systems.

• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of deployed vision systems. Required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• 7+ years of hands-on LabVIEW development experience.

• Experience with camera-based vision systems using NI Vision Development Module (VDM) or Vision Builder AI (VBAI).

• Proficiency with industrial image acquisition hardware and protocols (GigE, USB3 Vision, Camera Link, etc.). • Understanding of machine vision algorithms and tools: edge detection, pattern matching, OCR, blob analysis, etc.

• Familiarity with communication protocols: Ethernet, Modbus, RS232, GPIB, CAN, etc.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:

• NI Certifications such as CLAD, CLD, or CLA.

• Experience with TestStand, real-time systems, or FPGA-based image processing.

• Familiarity with other vision libraries (e.g. OpenCV, Halcon) is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Python, C/C++, or MATLAB.

• Experience in industries such as automotive, medical devices, robotics, or manufacturing automation.
